What Is in the nLotus Product Portfolio?
The nLotus product portfolio is a set of 31 platforms across 12 domains — anonymized case studies of software nLotus has designed, built, and shipped, spanning healthcare, mobility, fintech, faith-tech, AI and data infrastructure, and enterprise tooling, with client names withheld by design. Fourteen platforms are live in production, thirteen are in development, and four are in R&D, including a Rust vector-database engine targeting 50M+ vectors and a NavIC GNSS hardware tracking terminal. Every platform comes from the same architect-led delivery method that nLotus applies productized rather than bespoke, so statuses and stacks are disclosed rather than dressed up: an education platform ships behind 479 automated tests, 66/66 DAST security checks, and 112/112 row-level-security policies, and a mobility platform has been hardened across 10 documented penetration-test rounds with AES-256 payload encryption. Credential-compliance monitoring SaaS for healthcare providers — tracks licences across US jurisdictions with automated lapse alerts, renewal timelines, and compliance analytics on a single dashboard. Replaces the manual tracking spreadsheet that made a quietly lapsed credential a recurring compliance and billing risk, discovered only at audit time. In development with jurisdiction-aware renewal rules and alert scheduling built first, so no provider's licence status ever depends on someone remembering to check a cell.

On-Demand Ride & Driver Booking Platform
Multi-role ride booking platform with hourly, full-day, and outstation scheduling, driver availability management, online payments, and refunds. Gives dispatchers a live view of driver availability instead of phone-based coordination and paper rosters, cutting booking turnaround from calls-and-callbacks to a few taps. Hardened across 10 documented penetration-test rounds, with AES-256 payload encryption and blind-index PII search — security engineering usually reserved for banking apps, applied to everyday mobility.
FairFare — Transparency-First Food Delivery Platform
Transparency-first food delivery platform built for tier-2 India — the price a customer sees is the price a restaurant set, with no hidden markups on either side of the order. Replaces the opaque marketplace fee structures that quietly inflate menus and squeeze small restaurants out of their own margins. Engineered as a .NET 10 modular monolith with a Go dispatch engine, PostGIS geo-queries, and native rider and customer apps.

Enterprise expense management software with categorised transactions, budget alerts, encrypted payment data, live dashboards, and PDF/Excel reporting across tenants. Gives finance teams a single categorised view of spend instead of reconciling exports from multiple sources by hand at month-end. Automated receipt OCR ingestion turns photographed receipts into structured, categorised entries — removing the keying-in step entirely — while Redis-backed caching keeps multi-tenant dashboards responsive at scale.

AI résumé builder that generates ATS-optimised, job-tailored résumés — with match scoring against the target description, subscription tiers, and polished PDF/DOCX export. Cuts the hours job seekers spend manually rewriting a résumé for every single application down to minutes per role. Personal data is anonymized before any AI call ever leaves the platform, and every generated draft stays grounded in the candidate's real history — no invented employers, no fabricated dates.

Live and converting for a working practice, with every section written and structured around the client's actual coaching methodology.

Cross-Platform Activity Manager
Offline-first activity and task scheduler with recurrence rules, push notifications, and native iOS and Android apps alongside an installable PWA. Keeps schedules in sync across every device even without connectivity — eliminating the double-bookings and missed tasks that come from juggling disconnected calendars and note apps. Shipped as one .NET-backed system with SwiftUI and Kotlin front ends and FCM push, so a task captured on one device reliably follows you to the rest.
Appointment Scheduling Portal
Provider-availability appointment booking with conflict-free slot management, online payments, automatic invoice generation, and WhatsApp and email notifications. Replaces phone-tag booking and the double-entry diary behind it with a self-service flow that only ever shows genuinely open slots — no callbacks, no clashes, no forgotten confirmations. Built on .NET and Angular with Razorpay payments, the portal is in final release hardening ahead of its production launch.
KalamKaan — Consent-First Memory-Sharing Portal
Consent-first memory-sharing portal for private circles — memories move only between people who have explicitly agreed to share them, and no public feed exists anywhere in the data model. Replaces broadcast-style social sharing for the parts of life that were never meant for an audience: family archives, letters, voice notes, last words. A two-tier architecture pairs a relational system-of-record with a vector memory layer — subscription-funded, never ads.

Temple Ceremony & Live-Streaming System
Complete temple management software — ceremony booking, live pooja streaming, tiered devotee subscriptions, and donation campaigns run from a single admin dashboard. Lets devotees who can't attend in person book, watch, and contribute from anywhere, extending a temple's reach well beyond its physical premises and the notice board at the gate. Live in production on ASP.NET Core MVC with SignalR-powered streaming and Docker deployment, running real ceremonies for a real congregation.
Vedic Astrology Prediction Platform
Vedic astrology software delivering advanced astrological calculations — natal charts, dasa and bhukti tracking, and personalised guidance rooted in classical methods. Produces in seconds the charts and period calculations a practitioner traditionally worked out by hand over hours, without flattening the tradition into generic sun-sign content. In development on .NET with a Next.js and React front end, with the calculation engine validated against classical reference charts before any interpretation layer ships.
Tamil Classical Literature Archive
A structured digital library of classical Tamil literature — couplets with translations, explanations, and generated moral narratives, organised for search and study. Makes centuries-old verse explorable for readers who would otherwise need a physical annotated edition and the patience to navigate one. All 1,330 couplets carry AI-generated narratives feeding a multi-platform publishing pipeline, turning a static dataset into a living archive that publishes across formats from one structured source.
DrikVedam — Tamil Panchangam & Ritual Reminders
Native Android Tamil Panchangam with 15+ observance reminders — Masikam, Thithi, Shraddham and more — computed on-device with classical astronomical algorithms using Meeus methods and the Lahiri ayanamsa. Replaces printed almanacs and the manual date-tracking that lets an important observance slip past unnoticed until the day after. Shipped as a signed release APK built with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with its astronomy engine producing dates that match traditional panchangam tables.
Temple & Trust Donation Receipt System
Donation receipting software for temple trusts — A4 receipt and counterfoil generation, PDF and PNG export, and a clean donor register behind every entry. Replaces handwritten receipt books and the month-end reconciliation that came with them, where a missing counterfoil meant an unexplainable gap in the accounts. Deployed in production for a functioning trust on ASP.NET Core and SQL Server, printing the receipts its donors actually hold.
Education platforms: learning, end to end
School & Trust Management Platform
School management software for multi-school trusts — enrolment through alumni, with in-app online classes, fees, exams, and a double-entry ledger alongside communications and reporting. Replaces the scattered spreadsheets and paper registers that fragment records across every school in a trust. Verified by 479 automated tests, 66/66 DAST security checks, and 112/112 row-level-security policies before it ever reaches a classroom.
Tutoring Academy Web Presence
Conversion-focused website for a women-led online tutoring academy teaching students across 16+ countries — programmes, outcomes, and enquiry flow presented with intent. Replaces a word-of-mouth-only presence that gave international parents no way to evaluate the academy before reaching out. Live in production, carrying the academy's full programme catalogue and enquiry pipeline.
Learning-Capability Research Venture
A research instrument measuring how AI assistance affects learning capability — study design, measurement framework, and market analysis spanning India, the UK, the EU, and the US. Explores a question no off-the-shelf analytics tool answers: does AI help students learn, or just help them finish? In R&D as a structured study design ahead of a pilot cohort.

Cross-platform desktop app for FFT spectrum analysis, band isolation, DAW-style mixing, and multi-format export. Gives audio engineers a single desktop tool for analysis and mixing instead of juggling separate utilities.

Dual-endpoint speech service — synthesise speech from text and transcribe audio, with token-based API access and multi-format output. Gives applications a single API for both directions of the speech pipeline instead of integrating two separate vendors.

Vector Database Engine
Single-node vector database engine handling 50M+ vectors on commodity hardware — LSM-based storage, per-segment HNSW indexing, SQ8 and PQ quantization, AVX2/AVX-512 SIMD acceleration, a crash-safe WAL, and REST plus gRPC interfaces. Replaces the managed-vector-store bill that makes AI search economics collapse at scale — no cluster required. In development in Rust, benchmarked against recall and latency targets segment by segment.
Organizational-Brain Enterprise AI Platform
Permission-aware enterprise AI knowledge platform for 50–1,000-employee organisations — ask a question, get an answer drawn only from what you're actually allowed to see. Replaces the wiki graveyard and the tribal knowledge that walks out of the door with every resignation. In R&D on top of our own vector-database engine, with access control designed into retrieval itself rather than bolted on after.
Enterprise platforms: tooling that runs the business
Embeddable Discussion Board + License Server
Drop-in discussion board any site can embed through a 22 KB gzipped Shadow-DOM widget — threads, replies, and real-time updates, with a React admin console for moderation. Replaces heavyweight forum platforms and iframe embeds that fight the host page's styling and performance budget. Live with its licensing server running at nlotus.in — JWE-signed licences, SignalR real-time fan-out, and Redis-backed presence.
Materials Management & Tracking Platform
Materials management platform covering inventory, procurement, and consumption tracking — with a predictive reordering engine that flags what to order before stock runs out. Replaces reactive stock-checking and the emergency purchase orders that follow it. In development with the consumption-forecast model built alongside the inventory ledger, not after it.
